Welcome

Experience the warm, friendly ambience of traditional Hatha yoga classes in rural  NSW.

You will learn asana (the physical postures of yoga) and develop breath awareness in a caring, supportive environment.Classes ideally suited to beginners, those who are new to yoga, those returning to yoga after a break, the mature aged or those who simply prefer a slower moving class.Several variations of the postures are given so you can practice according to your individual needs whether you are a complete beginner or more experienced.  Yoga props are often used to go deeper and to create ease.Every class ends with deep relaxation so the benefits of the practice are absorbed.

Hatha yoga integrates body, mind, emotions and soul through breath, gentle body work, meditation and relaxation.Yoga helps us all to reconnect to what nourishes us. Yoga encourages us to listen to and respect our body. Yoga is not competitive. In a class, you are encouraged to take your time and work within your own range of movement. It does not matter what other students are able to do, whether you can touch your toes or do a handstand. The emphasis is for you to be aware of how your body feels in the different poses.

Find a place of self awareness, inner calm and mental clarity.....
