What do I need to bring?
  •  water
  • 2-3 blankets
  • a jacket and socks in the cooler months
  • an open heart and a smile
A limited supply of mats and other yoga props are available for you to use in class
 
What do I wear ?
Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to see how your body moves. Your body should feel free while moving, so loose, comfortable clothing such as shorts and a t-shirt are recommended. In the winter months lightweight tracksuit pants or leggings are usually worn.Please remove watches, bracelets and necklaces. Remove eyeglasses or contact lenses before starting your practice.Yoga is always practiced in bare feet.

Can I get a refund ?
Sorry, there are no cash refunds.However,if a class is cancelled due to unforseen circumstances a replacement class will be offered that term.If this is not possible,credit will be given for the next term. 
 
What happens if I miss a class?
Missed classes may be made up at any venue during the current term only
 
Can I come as a casual?
Bookings are for the term only however there is an  Introductory Special 5 PASS / $60  for new students
 
How do I pay for my classes?
Direct deposit (preferred option) cheque or cash.Full payment is required for the term in advance.
 
I'm not fit or flexible -can I still do yoga ?
YES ! Several variations of the postures are given so you can practice according to your individual needs whether you are a complete beginner or more experienced.
