Welcome

In my traditional Hatha yoga classes you will earn asana (the physical postures of yoga) and develop breath awareness in a caring, supportive environment. There is a focus on the correct alignment of the body and several variations of the postures are given so you can practice according to your individual needs whether you are a complete beginner or more experienced. Classes are mixed level and structured to provide a well rounded practice. They are ideally suited to those who are new to yoga, those returning to yoga after a break, the mature aged or those who simply prefer a more relaxed pace.

Restorative postures and yoga props are often used to go deeper and to create ease.Classes  always conclude with deep relaxation so the benefits of the practice are absorbed. My approach is warm, non-judgmental and responsive to individual differences and needs. My intention is to offer a fun and friendly environment where students can feel nurtured and safe and leave class with a renewed sense of health and well being and a deeper connection to their true self.

With regular practice you will notice improvements in
  • strength and flexibility
  • breath awareness
  •  balance and muscular endurance

Reduce stress & fatigue  and find a place of self awareness, inner calm and mental clarity...
